Suggested Use:
For Fat Loss, consume (3) capsules, two to three times daily with 8 oz of water. To Intensify Workout Energy levels consume (3) capsules with 8 oz of water approximately 30 minutes prior to exercise. For maximum fat loss results, eat a balanced low calorie diet and exercise regularly. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program.
Cycling recommendations: After a maximum of 12 weeks of consistent use, discontinue use for two weeks, and then start again.
