If you weigh between 100 – 180 lbs. mix (1) heaping teaspoon (approximately 5-7g) in juice or water 30 minutes before and immediately after physical activity.
If you weigh more than 180 lbs., mix (2) heaping teaspoon (approximately 10-14g) in juice or water 30 minutes before and immediately after physical activity.
